Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Mosh Admin Panel (“Platform”), a system provided to authorized staff for managing events, bookings, payments, and operational oversight. By using this Platform, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

Authorized users must be employees or contractors of Mosh based in the United States, and at least 18 years of age.

2. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Report any unauthorized access immediately.

3. Admin Panel Capabilities

  • Manage and publish event listings
  • Track and modify bookings and ticket sales
  • Handle client communications
  • Access analytics and sales reports
  • Assign user roles and access levels

4. Payments & Transactions

The Platform integrates with third-party payment processors (e.g., Stripe). Mosh does not store credit card information. Admins can view transaction statuses but do not process payments manually.

5. Data Use & Privacy

All user and customer data accessed via the Platform must be handled in compliance with U.S. data protection laws (e.g., CCPA). Do not export, share, or misuse any personally identifiable information.

6. Intellectual Property

The Platform, its design, content, and underlying code are property of Mosh Inc. Unauthorized copying or redistribution is prohibited.

7. Usage Limitations

You may only use the Platform for official Mosh business purposes. Personal use, or use for external entities, is strictly forbidden.

8. Suspension & Termination

Access may be revoked without notice in cases of policy violation, fraud, or breach of confidentiality. Admins may request voluntary deactivation through authorized Mosh HR channels.

9. Platform Availability

While we aim for high uptime, maintenance or unforeseen outages may occur. We are not liable for losses due to temporary service interruptions.

10. Changes to Terms

Mosh may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes signifies acceptance.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of San Francisco, CA.
