These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Mosh Admin Panel (“Platform”), a system provided to authorized staff for managing events, bookings, payments, and operational oversight. By using this Platform, you agree to these Terms.
Authorized users must be employees or contractors of Mosh based in the United States, and at least 18 years of age.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Report any unauthorized access immediately.
The Platform integrates with third-party payment processors (e.g., Stripe). Mosh does not store credit card information. Admins can view transaction statuses but do not process payments manually.
All user and customer data accessed via the Platform must be handled in compliance with U.S. data protection laws (e.g., CCPA). Do not export, share, or misuse any personally identifiable information.
The Platform, its design, content, and underlying code are property of Mosh Inc. Unauthorized copying or redistribution is prohibited.
You may only use the Platform for official Mosh business purposes. Personal use, or use for external entities, is strictly forbidden.
Access may be revoked without notice in cases of policy violation, fraud, or breach of confidentiality. Admins may request voluntary deactivation through authorized Mosh HR channels.
While we aim for high uptime, maintenance or unforeseen outages may occur. We are not liable for losses due to temporary service interruptions.
Mosh may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes signifies acceptance.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of San Francisco, CA.
